2. Shipping Policy
In-stock items usually ship same day or next business day. We ship by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or U.S. Post Office, and shipping is free for orders over $100.00 (with the exception of oversize items). We will contact you before shipping to notify you of any surcharge for an oversize shipment. Orders less than $100.00 will be charged $12.00 for regular ground shipping, unless it is an oversize item, in which case there may be a surcharge and you will be notified in advance.
Expedited Shipping:
For customers with orders over $100.00 who need expedited shipping, the charge will be the difference between the usual ground charge and the expedited shipping charge. Orders less than $100.00 will pay the full expedited shipping charge, unless it is an oversize item, at which point expedited shipping may not be an option. Call our store during business hours (Mon-Sat 10 AM-6 PM) to discuss expedited shipping costs for large orders, or email us, since we check our email frequently when we are closed and may be able to answer any questions sooner.We will make evry effort to satisfy your shipping needs.
3. Return Policy
Returns must be received within 30 days after the date of sale, and will be credited in the same tender that initial payment was made. If the item was a gift, you will be issued a store credit toward your next purchase with us. We ask that merchandise be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, tags intact and attached, and in the original, undamaged manufacturers box (if received in one).
Buyer pays for shipping on returns unless item is damaged or defective, in which case we will pay shipping for return and replacement shipping.
Be sure to insure item before shipping, we are not responsible for damages broken during return shipping. Please call for an authorization before making any returns, 912-383-8803. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the returned item.
NOTE: If original shipping to you was free, then our original cost of shipping will be deducted from your return credit, unless the item is returned because of defect or error on our part.
